2022 City Council Regular Meeting Schedule

The Dunn City Council schedule of Regular Meetings for 2022 has been approved. Meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month except for November, 2022 which is the third Tuesday. Meetings are held at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at the Dunn Municipal Building, 401 E Broad St.

 

The Budget PLanning Retreat has been set for Friday, January 28 and Saturday, January 29, 2022 from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. in the Grand Ballroom at the Doubletree Hotel in New Bern NC.

Wayfinding RFP

The City of Dunn, North Carolina is requesting proposals for professional services in the development of a wayfinding signage master plan for the City of Dunn. The signage program includes pedestrian and vehicle wayfinding signs throughout the city. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to award the contract to the proposer who offers the best value to the City of Dunn. Click Here to view the full RFP.

Stormwater Mapping RFQ

The intent of this Request for Qualification (RFQ) is for the City of Dunn, NC (Harnett County, NC) to obtain the services of qualified engineering/surveying firms to provide professional surveying and mapping services in support of the City of Dunn Stormwater Management Program and other Department of General Services engineering and survey requirements. It is also the intent of this RFQ to establish a fixed fee open-end contract on an "as needed" basis for Professional Services for a one (1) year base period with five (5) additional one (1) year renewal options. Alliance RFQ

The I-95/ I-40 Economic Development Alliance (Alliance) is seeking an architectural firm to design a building renovation to a historic School building. The firm will be expected to develop a final scope of work and design improvements which accommodates the day to day operations of the building’s tenants. The Alliance Project Team (APT) will oversee the RFQ and selection process for an architect and engineering team. Click Here for the full RFQ.

Mural Application

One of the priorities of the City of Dunn Community Appearance Committee is to incorporate more art into the business districts of Dunn. CAC has allocated some of its funding to provide grant(s) to businesses or business building owners to paint murals on business/professional buildings.  If you are interested in applying, please complete the application and return by February 3, 2022.
