Halloween (Trick-Or-Treating)

Halloween (and trick-or-treating) is a nationally recognized event and is not City-sanctioned, yet many of our residents look to the City for direction on this annual event. The Dunn City Council, by Resolution, set the recommended date and time for observance in the City of Dunn for Trick-or-Treating for Thursday, October 31st from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The Resolution, which also includes other recommended guidelines is attached Here.
