Re-Inspection Fees
Re-inspection fees of $50 or $75 can be assessed to projects for the following reasons:
- Job not ready for inspection - $50
- Set of approved plans not on site - $50
- Code violations cited of up to seven (7) items - $50
- House or building locked and the inspection cannot be performed - $50
- Code violations cited of eight (8) or more items - $75
- Items not corrected on subsequent re-inspections - $75
