Fleet Maintenance Supervisor
Mechanic
This department is responsible for servicing and making repairs on ALL city vehicles and ALL city equipment. If the repair is too large for the garage to handle the Fleet Maintenance Supervisor arranges the vehicle or equipment to be carried to another location for repair.
The garage also handles all inspections on the city vehicles and tire changes on our lightweight vehicles.
All city vehicles get gas at the Public Works Yard at the tanks. These gas records are kept and maintained by the Fleet Maintenance Supervisor as well as the gas cards issued for all city vehicles.
